SquareX Solutions has delivered the Programme Management Platform (PMP) supporting the Ukraine Public Buildings Energy Efficiency (UPBEE) Framework Loan.
Financed by the European Investment Bank (EIB), the Neighbourhood Investment Platform (NIP), and the Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership (E5P), the platform manages Ukraine's national energy efficiency initiative across public buildings.

The platform enables efficient management of hundreds of municipal energy projects, provides time and cost savings through digital workflows, enhances accountability with blockchain-secured document handling, and increases access for small and medium municipalities.
The solution was developed using open standards such as the Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS) to ensure transparency and data interoperability.
