The project
A comprehensive digital platform designed to manage, monitor, and verify Ukraine's national energy efficiency programme across hundreds of municipal public buildings.
Supporting transparent, data-driven municipal modernization, the PMP ensures strict financial oversight, procurement integrity, and auditable energy savings reporting.
Objective
The PMP platform was developed to achieve:
